The national franchise ranks affiliate companies based on size and ERA Landmark was #1 in production for companies with 50 or fewer associates. Erlenbush and the company were recognized for this outstanding achievement at the 2008 ERA International Business Conference, held February 24-27 in Orlando, Fla.

The company was ranked in the top 15 companies in the nation among all sizes of ERA companies for 2007. The ERA network includes more than 38,000 brokers and sales associates and approximately 3,000 offices throughout the United States and 44 other countries and territories. ERA Landmark has ranked in the top 50 since 1987. In addition, ERA Landmark Real Estate was the recipient of the Jerry Award, for fund-raising in excess of $10,000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and one of the top 10 companies recognized for excellence in customer satisfaction.
